Of course, without the skills and a lack of innovation, you’d be without a cutting-edge product to take to market. However, you could have the best product in the world, and the right connections could make all the difference to your growth journey.  At TD SYNNEX, we’ve been delighted to be part of Tech Climbers. Through exposure to their work, we’ve grown to understand the impact that these types of initiatives have on the scaleup industry. Keep reading to find out more about how the initiative has helped us connect and support tech startups.   ## Hearing from the founders  At Tech Climbers events, we’ve been particularly blown away by the quality of businesses that have both engaged with their regional campaign, as well as with us at TD SYNNEX. When speaking to founders, one thing is clear – they're all so grateful of the recognition they receive from initiatives like Tech Climbers. In our industry, we see the tough experiences founders have to contend with, so we understand why the recognition and opportunity to meet with other like-minded individuals can be of great value.     ## Learning about new tech solutions   As a global tech distributor that’s on a mission to lead innovation, we’re keen to know all the latest whisperings and updates coming from the tech industry. Instead of just focussing on the creations from the big names in the game, we’re looking to engage with the startup community and find out more about the ground-breaking innovations that are gaining market traction.   Through Tech Climbers events and exposure to their list, we are able to network with and support founders as they scale their innovations.     ## Educating founders about our support   Traditionally, our network of resellers work with larger world-renowned hyperscalers such as Microsoft and IBM. However, with all the industry and growth knowledge in place, we believe the IT channel, including our resellers, are perfectly positioned to support tech start-ups and scale-ups.   Through the Tech Climbers list and their events, we’re able to identify suitable scaleups and talk to the founders about how we can offer them access to the IT channel, which is made up of global resellers.     ## Accessibility & inclusivity   As we look to the future, we want to ensure that all backgrounds and initiatives have a seat at the table when it comes to innovation.
