It is easy to find ourselves overwhelmed, frustrated, and unclear. Part presentation, part workshop, 'Apart Together' will get you into the mindset and give you the tools needed to get yourself and your remote team from overwhelmed to thriving. There will be room for questions, reflection and, as always with Gather, time to connect with other leaders facing similar challenges. You'll leave the session ready to: - Use mindset to better manage yourself in order to be able to best empower your team - Help create focus and clarity for your team while working remotely and asynchronously - Create rituals to support your culture and your business for longevity Brought to you by [Gather](https://www.gatherlcr.com/) in collaboration with LCR Tech Climbers 2021, we're excited to be joined by [Form](https://www.form.studio/) Consultant [Martina Gobec](https://www.linkedin.com/in/martinagobec/). Martina is a design strategist, leader and coach and has been leading creative teams (also remotely) for the past 5 years at the likes of Sony, UsTwo and Bain & Company. She also has extensive teaching experience and will be sharing both her own story, and the concrete strategies you can apply straight away to get your team re-engaged, motivated and thriving. ![https___cdn.evbuc.com_images_115652219_245517279235_1_original](https://www.techclimbers.co.uk/hs-fs/hubfs/https___cdn.evbuc.com_images_115652219_245517279235_1_original.png?width=780&name=https___cdn.evbuc.com_images_115652219_245517279235_1_original.png)             ### [Register for the workshop >> ](https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/getting-your-team-engaged-while-working-remotely-with-martina-gobec-registration-126038537659) Gather is part of the Liverpool City Region Metro Mayor’s Business Growth Package, elements of which are being redirected to support the local business community to recover from the negative impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.
