It’s nearly time to reveal which Manchester tech businesses have made our regional Tech Climbers’ list for 2024.

With all eyes on AI at the moment, AI start ups hungry for capital have dominated the Greater Manchester Tech Climbers list, making up over half of the entries and creating 70% of new jobs coming to Manchester's tech sector. And despite facing challenges, investors are going all in on AI with 69% of these businesses having already received funding.

These businesses are eager to expand as 75% hunt for further funding and four in five AI businesses are confident they'll get the finance they need.
